New York City, New York ~ again

Greetings and Merry Christmas to you from The Big Apple...
The huddled masses come from far and near to take gaze upon the glorious tree...
Merry Christmas to us. Bring on the meat, Sweet Baby Jesus...
From the airplane straight to Carnegie Deli...
A room on the 44 floor...
...with a primo view...
...in Times Square...
A horse named Mustang takes us on a chilly ride through Central Park...
Being mostly bound to a stroller at the butt level of thousands of tourists for hours at a time...
...getting knocked around on the subway...
...and just the general crazy that is New York City...
...this poor little guy deserves an award...
...or a cupcake from Crumbs in Bryant Park.

Mike enjoys the "Artie Lang"...
Lucky hangs in there like a champ and is also privileged to
Build-a-Bear.
Later, when asked what his favorite part of New York was, he responds "putting the heart inside Bear." This of course melts my heart.
Hunter took the train down from Boston to babysit.
He brought Alex...
Alex brought a goldfish...
We went to Rock of Ages on Broadway. As promised, it was "absurdly enjoyable" and "insanely funny".
It starred an American Idol.
Lombardi's pizza is the best in town...
...or maybe the world.
We had one really crumby day...
...tried to check out the Empire State Building. The $46.00 entrance free turned us around...
...tried to shop the big department stores and tourist traps in Times Square.
The wet crowds turned us off...
So, naturally we resort to what we do best...
But, this is all Lucky really wanted to do...
...or...
...not...
It was a quick trip. A lovely trip....
Thanks for joining us, Matt and Tammy.
