Phoenix, Arizona ~ Part 3

Dale Chihuly has an exhibit at the Phoenix Botanical Garden...
The brightly colored smooth glass sculptures sitting among the prickly desert succulents is the ultimate in eye-candy.

A desert pond...

Hundreds of different cactus species and wild flowers...
Lucky has been enjoying his time with his Grandpa Gene and Grandma Pat...

...and the butterflies...
...at the Butterfly Pavilion...
Perhaps, Mike and I spend too much time watching the Food Network, then seeking out different featured establishments, such as Chino Bandido in Phoenix. A Chinese Mexican restaurant...

Then, there is this guy named Louis Lee that has dedicated his life and yard to Buddha...
...and this creepy little baby doll head...
Ahhh.. A view of the infamous hole in the rock, from a far...

Your trip looks so fun! Your pictures of the botanical gardens are so good, I miss colors and sun. How does that restaurant compare to Senor Wong? I think I'll make candy covered pancakes for dinner tonight...

Thanks Jill. It has been a lot of fun. Chino Bandido has nothing on Senior Wong's. This place was more like either Mexican or Chinese, where Senior Wong's is more fusion. It was good though. I had a giant stuffed pepper.

Come home soon, ok. Those limey Brits has seen enough of you.

(I don't know what that means or if I am even using it correctly)
